Meanwhile, Russia accused Ukraine of attempting a drone strike on one of President Vladimir Putin's residences, escalating tensions in the ongoing war between the two countries. The Department of Government Efficiency, a significant change by the Trump administration this year, has faced declining attention following Elon Musk's departure in May.
